Xtian's Clutter

I was helping my friend Dye cover Goethe Institute’s German Market last December 4 at the Ateneo de Manila High School Ground, it was a reaaaaaaly long day. We were there the whole day and energies were on the low end of the scale, good thing the final event of the day was a performance by Kjwan.  It’s always a treat watching these guys perform and down the home stretch, well, it added a much needed burst of energy to finish off the night with good music.

19 years of hard rockin’ and the Boars still got it. The iconic Razorback performed one hell of a set last October 17 and all I can say is damn, these guys can still rock. You know what they say… A Rolling stone gathers no moss…

When my friend Dye invited me to chill at 70’s Bistro the other night, he started off with a disclaimer that the place was uncomfortably hot, the seats were as hard as hardwood (and yep, they were made of hardwood) and the place had a bit of a musty smell to it. Not to be deterred, I said, “Why not?” As long as the beer is cold and the music is good, I’m up for it.
