Project 365 – Day 25 – Sub Sandwich

I love having subway sandwiches for dinner, the sub of the day for today is the Classic Italian BMT. It’s pieces of salami, ham, cheese and veggies stuffed into a 6-inch baguette, splashed with some oil and vinegar, plus a bit of salt and pepper. Lovely
